Technically, with RIAA new streaming rules RTW, BTINH, LOT are all eligible for multi-platinum status. So "Halo" isn't a last multi-platinum single, technically. Of course her label didn't bother to re-certify her singles though...
I just don't get it why this isn't selling better? It has amazing views, amazing radios updates but she is still selling only 100k a week. I want this to hit atleast 2x platinum, do yall think it's possible?

Have you compared it to the rest of the top ten *minus DH and Happy*? It's pretty comparable
