I think if Gaga's label make a deal with radios to pick up the song (assuming it will be Sex Dreams) it will have no bigger issue being played.
THe thing is, with explicit songs, the radios still seem reluctant to pick it up, ex. Gorilla. Few radio stations are picking it up, the explicit lyrics are too much and Bruno's label refuses to make a deal.
