I think it might the movie characters.. I think there is a scene shown in J.LO video where you see Oh&Tip crying and hugging so it's probably played during that scene.

I mean #R7 is also written on the album cover. But as you said, it's been two years. So it'd be a bit weird at first to refer to the album as anything other than R8.
