It's suggested that you have a cover art, release date, tracklist, and preview or pre-order link before making a thread; but I don't think anyone actually waits for all that information. Just a title doesn't seem like a lot though. Maybe after she releases a cover art and a solid official release date. Usually when an artist says they are going to release a certain month it means that's what they are aiming for but there's a possibility it could get pushed back.
I don't have final say in these matters though. Just my two-cents.
For those of you always asking for quote notifications, this is a good way to find when people have quoted you, at least till we have an official feature.
There's a bug with that, cause not all posts from people, who quoted you are showing.
Many times I find out of posts I didn't know about, cause they didn't appear on "search" results.

Problem is, the thread is full of Gaga talk and comparisons - they're just all very negative and the usual kats are the ones posting them.
So, I don't think I should have this WP just because everything I post about Katy isn't slobbering praise. Basically I'm being persecuted as a Gaga fan and I'm contacting the BTW Foundation if someone doesn't help.

They'll give you WPs if you post a picture with swears in it, I got one like two years ago I think when I had **** in a picture I posted of A TEXT MESSAGE CONVERSATION BETWEEN A FRIEND AND I.
