Just finished skimming through that absolute trainwreck of a thread. The thing about Ke$ha is that she doesn't mind being perceived as uncouth, so the lowbrow love to hate her because doing so allows them to *finally* feel classy and distinguished, if only for a short period of time. So we all have to kind of accept that.

I personally can't be bothered to try defending her half the time, and I sometimes feel bad about it, but I just don't really ever feel like her detractors on ATRL are worth the effort. I defend her IRL to people whose opinions matter to me. But that's just me. Also, I do think that drinking one's own piss is pretty nasty, but I guess that's just me as well.

And I like that cover, J03Y. The green reminds me of money which is fitting considering her dollar sign.

Everyone knows Ke$ha is a free-spirit, so for people to question and/or judge her antics -- no matter what they may be -- knowing her personality is baffling to me. I mean, I saw the title of that thread but didn't click because Ke$ha is a free-roamer (if that makes sense). Now if there was a thread explaining why she hasn't promoted "C'mon" at all, then I'd be all up in there.
