Safe and Sound video was one of her bests but lets not pretend this was a bad era for music videos. I mean look at the Mean video or BTD or Ours. All very good videos. Mine was probably the best one of the era but all the videos were good. Especially compared to that Lana del Rey. Has she even gone gold yet in the U.S.? I guess she needs that re-release to where the era won't look like a complete flop

No doubt about it. Sometimes fanboy can get on my nerves but just because Sparks Fly got a tour video now the whole music video era was a mess? I don't think so. Its just a shame that the music videos didn't really cater to what MTV looks for. I mean they were all great videos but far too simple for MTV. MTV needs crazy dancing or a bunch of pyrotechnics to be considered great. Honestly the only reason STIUTK got nominated is because it was the biggest hit song since RITD and you just can't ignore that but I can't think of any of the other videos even being close to S&S in quality.

and RITD. Adele is just sitting in a chair but its still better than most of these videos. Its artistry. I mean some people like seeing crazy stuff happening in a video but I don't care much for that. I get what the people are going after in the videos and I appreciate it. Sure I get BTD can be boring but when I really focus watching it I see what he was after and its brilliant but that's just me though.

alright STITUK, WA, TC, WFL and bad girls are all great vids and ifthey placed S&S on 6th before them then i m not that mad! BUT.....
