i love nicki minaj so much, but it's left me wanting. no really 'hard' songs, i wanted another 'massive attack' on there at least. not another 10 'your love's.

She hates the song and never wanted it to see the light of day. She thought it would kill her career. Then one day she got news it was the #1 song in NYC and of course she had to run with it. Her fans made it a cult hit.
Nicki noooooooooooo!!!! I'm so disappointed!!! The album seemed to be devoid of her crazy personality!!! My faves are I'm The Best and Roman's Revenge but the rest are pop fluff mess OMG i canttttt had so much hopes for this album!!!

I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Very weak debut album.
Thank you. I'm glad somebody said it. The only passable track was "Here I Am." This album was the epitome of mediocre. When it's difficult for even Kanye, Eminem, and Drake to make your productions interesting, then you know there's a problem. 'Ye had the best line on the whole album:
I got 2 White Russians, but we also need some drinks.
I was actually looking forward to this album, as I've enjoyed a few of her singles, and I LOVED "Blow Ya Mind" when it leaked, but upon listening to this album, the only new song that I enjoyed was "Fly". And maybe "Here I Am".
I'm still looking forward to the Deluxe, especially for the explicit version of "Blow Ya Mind"
