I didn't watch this trash but good to see Taylor Swift winning ARTIST of the Year since, well, she's one of the few who's actually one.
This must be Katy shade since the other nominees are Adele, GaGa, and Lil' Wayne who might fit your definition of an artist while the first doesn't really.
If you haven't caught it the million and one times she's mentioned it in the last year, Taylor wrote the whole album on her own so idk I guess artist-wise that's a level above Adele.
