I honestly love the song, I think it's hated by some KC stans because it didn't do well as a single (granted I personally believe the only reason it was released as a single was because it was written by Katy Perry, cause in 2009 she was all over the place with "Hot N' Cold"/"Waking Up in Vegas"
It's not boy bashing at all. Kelly said it's about an unfortunate situation she was in. Everyone has encountered (or knows someone who has) a "bad love" situation. Someone who says they love you but usually undermined you at every turn.
It's about being strong despite having someone hurt you while claiming to love you. That's a powerful song that should have been released.
