Doesn't 'Judas', her biggest flop, have over 100,000,000 views? 'Born This Way' has over 80,000,000, we know why TEOG has so little, and 'Yoü and I' wasn't as big of a hit as it should have been. It has nothing to do with the videos being bad. Have you seen some of the most viewed videos on Youtube? People don't give a **** if videos are bad, and some of her best videos don't have that many views.
I personally believe it's either the lack of single success or the intros in the videos. A lot of people were turned off by the "gross" BTW intro and most people these days have the attention span of a gnat and don't like sitting through a 2-minute-long intro before the actual song starts to play.
I have semi-high hopes for MTN since she hired two "professionals" to work on it with her. I have a feeling those who haven't been happy so far with this era, won't be happy with the MTN video no matter what it turns out to be like, though.
So glad MTN is off to a good start on radio. Z100 and KIIS seem to be the only major stations playing it atm, so I'm excited for when other stations jump on.
