Like why is it so hard for people to understand this. It's the background voices that received the vocoder effect. Britney's voice is the least altered that it has been since idk even when. The reason you can't recognize it is because she isn't using the baby voice

Good is not good enough for a first televised performance of 4 years and def not good enough for a first full award show performance since 2007.
