I like it, it's a good empowerment song. But kinda underwhelming, I was expecting more from Katy. The lyrics and production are basic. I wanted a 'Stay/Someone Like You' from her.
After a few listens, it's definitely growing on me though.
It is only the first single coming off of summer. If she has a song like that you will get it later.
