My understanding is, the song will become available worldwide on the 25th, regardless of timezone.
If it's the 25th of September in your country, the song will be available on iTunes.
This is how they did it with Christina and she is on the same label, so it would only make sense.

I am not certain though, so if I'm wrong.. please no one get mad. I am just making an educated guess based on how "Your Body" was released, because Christina is also on RCA. She had a set date and every country got the song when their timezone reached that date.

The song also may take a while to appear on the iTunes Store, so I'm not expecting it from the minute it hits midnight in Australia. If anything, it might show up at 2 or 3 in the morning. It takes time to process. Things like that have happened before. If it's not there by tomorrow morning, then it will have a US premiere instead.
