It's coming off from a huge week, sales are going to rebound as airplay impressons increase, just give it some time. Plus that's what the video and promo is for, don't you think so?
I don't think any judgments should be passed until more promo and the video kicks in. I definitely expected the song to fall in sales since most of the sales were front-loaded due to Grammy exposure. If it continues to flop on iTunes after all of the above mentioned, then okay. But the song has only been out for a week. and the majority of the uneducated general public probably didn't know the demo had leaked.
No surprises here.This song is already performing just like I predicted weeks ago.
I just hope we get video soon and she moves on the next single.I hope Wide Awake is something new,fresh,a taste of what's coming for the next album.I need another Teenage Dream for the summer.
It's way too early to deem POM as an underperformance. The song sold a shitload of copies last week, what did you expect?
if she does some promo, airplay keeps rising, and music video she can easily go #1 again. Her only compitition is SFTTR and SWDKY which both wont be a problem, POM wont be #1 again for 1-3 weeks but then it will take the throne. i have a feeling the video will bring it back on top easily
katyperrylately tweeted about it. A guy from the eyelash meet and greet event asked Katy about it and she spilled some tea. Dressin' Up will be the second and last single from TDCC. Though I hope that it's not true and we could still get a third single.

I want that #1 in itunes again!! and the airplay is just amazing, it will be Top 20 very soon!
