I can't imagine it would be hard for her label to get the certifications done. I mean, they're the ones selling the records, they should have this all written down somewhere.
It'd just be nice to have an update so when the next era starts it can be something they use.
In the US with soundscan it's likely easy, but in many markets they use label production numbers with shipping numbers and then tracked sales which often are messy and don't match. It's the reason some albums have terrible certs in some markets even though they're huge there.
