I find it really shocking that you are a gaga fan and you think she would work ever work with Dr Luke. He shaded her on twitter during that Judas BS Loli Lux controversy. She also said this when in a Billboard interview
Something has happened where the producers have begun to think or believe — or the industry has begun to think or believe — that the producer makes the hits. This is the most dangerous thing that has happened to this business. Because it takes the credibility away from the singer and from the artist...that's the key to the success of the music industry--allowing the artist to creatively run the ship.
She's basically talking about Dr Luke. With Redone she made him who he is...he'd been working as a producer for years but Just dance and Pokerface cemented him and made him a "hot" producer.
Gaga's still selling a hell of a lot of records...but i'd prefer her to be selling a few million less than usual if it means she's moving her sound forward. It's much better for her career long term in terms of credibility. She still makes more money than some of the other gorls that are seeming to have bigger hits...why do you think Rihanna has do so many endorsements while Esther Dean is driving a Porsche?
