No it's 10-11. 9 to 10 is Lana Del rey and Chase & The Status.

I was thinking it wouldn't be two hours, as Jay Z had like 1 hour and a bit overtime and Gaga last year when she headlined like a little over an hour if I remember right...but she was 35 minutes late
