I'm going to go out on a limb and say the majority of the content is true. Because the content really isn't a big deal. Like who's going to cry foul about Hillary knowing they would release the emails before they did, or having a spokesperson saying catholics are backwards?

If the people who leaked this wanted to damage Hillary, they'd fabricate some really awful things in these emails. Not these "scandals" that nobody but the alt-right even care about.
