Lets get into it though.
BMUS had a horrible cover, and the music was amazing (mixtape cover, but it still was horrible).
The visuals for TB were some of the best of era, so?
Hmm. Would you PREFER an amazing album cover and ****** music?

Disagree, I really like the BMUS cover. She looks great. The design and everything is cheesy, but it's cute and it works for a mixtape. I look at it and I don't expect the music in it to be bad. I use.
True, she looks good in TB. I don't really use the song, but she looks good. She's looked good in IAYL, PTA, RBMS, BIIT, etc, so that alone can't sell me.
I'd prefer an amazing album with amazing music. It's not like you can't have one without the other—it's actually very common. Everyone else can do it. I feel like I was excited for the Re-Up as being a total revamp, Nicki going back to what makes her GREAT. And then TB came out and I was like "... alright. Not my favorite, but alright, maybe the other tracks will be better." And then this album cover has come out and it's even WORSE than last album's, which tells me that she's not committed to improving. If she was, I'd expect her to get her **** together and start releasing quality EVERYTHING.
I expected this cover to ****, so that when I look at it, I think, "Damn, it looks hot! I'm so excited for this!" But when it's worse than the last album's cover, it's hard to be optimistic. If she can't produce a quality album cover (which isn't that hard to do), how should one expect the music to be fire, which is a billion times harder? The music on the Re Up could very well ****, I'm not ruling that out. It's just that, as stuff like this keeps happening, the hype level goes down and down and down.
Basically, what I'm saying is that while I still hope the music will be better than PF:RR, she's not really giving me a reason to hope so.
I just want her to give me a reason.

See, that's the kind of thing that, if it wasn't a Nicki album and I saw it in the store, I'd take a picture and tweet it with the caption "lmfao look at this ratchet ass rectangle-shaped album cover. Didn't know Wal-Mart sold bootleg records"
