The melodies are similar but the productions are so far apart. I don't hear ANY Katy Perry either. This song is far darker and more rock than anything they've done as well (besides maybe Do It Like a Dude).

I love the song but let's be real it's SO Katy Perry.

It doesn't matter if it's darker or has more of a rock tinge to it, it still sounds like a song Katy would make right down to the vocal style/phrasing. But it's clearly a style Max Martin has perfected and so isn't really a case of Demi trying to be Katy.
