To be honest, the two songs are kind of a let-down as opposed to "Roar", but I think "Dark Horse" is a little better and I think it will be one of the songs that brings out her darker side that more people want to hear and see. It will give people a better perspective of what's to come on the album than "Walking On Air", which I think she does better on vocally than musically.
I agree actually, I prefer Walking On Air but I think Dark Horse would make people more interested in the album.

These snippet's are waaaaaay better the ROAR! Roar is sooooo BASIC and could have easily been on Teenage Dream. These two songs sound fresh coming from katy,DH has that dark urban sound while walking on air is given us 90s house influences. I don't even use katy but these snippet's have made me more interested in her album.
Hopefully the chorus is not just her repeating I'm walking on air.
