Hallie and Derek were Mrs. Loomis's accomplices and they were secret lovers (similar to Kieran and Piper ) and Mickey was innocent, Randy was Gale's camerman not Joel, Joel was apart of Sidney's group of friends at college. Dewey died, Randy died too I think Sidney and Cotton kill each other in the reveal

From what I can remember. Cotton was the mastermind, Derek and Hallie were also in on the killings, and Derek and Hallie were lovers. I really need to find these scripts again because...

Just saw the finale.
The killer was obvious, but I liked how they tied up some loose ends. I'm glad Brooke survived, but that girl has it so rough . I'm also upset Eli died. I knew he was a red herring, but he was so cute + actually just nice all along. I was hoping for him to have somehow randomly survived.

Season 2 > Season 1, but I have no idea (if they get one) where they're gonna go with the next season.

I honestly don't know how anyone didn't notice Kieran was the killer after the scene at the hospital with the therapist lady and when he literally popped up every single time the killer left.

Also in 2x11 at the beginning when he went in Emma's bedroom and was rubbing their photo together with the knife. Stuff like that are dead giveaways to me .

It started so good with the car crash (obviously a nod to the movies but still) and the theater setting

As soon as Kieren sported that Billy hairdo 10 minutes into the episode, it couldn't have been more obvious. I'm not sure if the (excessive?) "homages" to Scream and Scream 2 during this season were clever or tacky.

I'm usually not one who complains, but I was expecting something more...original? And I guess, they're going to use Kevin's original S3 idea for the Halloween special now.

Besides the disappointing reveal, I think it was a great episode and season, overall. I just wish the "on the run" storyline was used the episode before the reveal, because the theatre scene was really great, but could have been so much better with time.

There's so much to discuss, but that's my initial reaction.

The Scream TV Series is the only thing keeping Scream alive. If the show is canceled then there won't be another Scream movie unless the series is rebooted. My biggest fear tbh.

Scream 3 wasn't that bad. The half brother twist was executed pretty well. I like that even after all the rewrites they did, Scream 3 was still able to tie the whole series together. I just wish Kevin got on board and that there was less comedy. Parker Posey's character had me dying.

I really like 3. Parker's character is one of the best in the entire series. So damn funny!

I have said this many times before, but even with it being the weakest of the series (it's definitely the least "Scream" of the series), it is still so much better than so many of the other mainstream horror films we regularly get. This series is just the best.
