Who cares about chart stats though, acclaim is a lot more important if you ask me. ATRL queens are obsessed with metacritic as much as they are sales. We can just play the acclaim card, that's if she doesn't get dragged to the pits in reviews which I worry might happen

We don't know that, she can build up hype and do well. She needs to play her cards right, build connections in the hip-hop world. I feel like she would do great had she aligned herself more with Missy/timbaland or Kanye West.

I don't think the album is gonna sell well either so I think at this point Azealia needs to worry about making amazing music and really good music videos. Maybe it could do well over time but as far as when it drops, I don't think we should expect much at all. She's lost A LOT of support and it would take a really long time for her and her label to build any substantial hype.

Pretty much this. I do think it'll go top 40 in the UK though, even ATM Jam & YR charted here. Lets just hope she sells more than 3,000 copies or she'll beat Kreayshawn's record of lowest opening week by a major label artist. I think she can survive just by making good music, amazing visuals and touring at this point.

What were Rye Rye's first-week sales? I feel like she flopped so hard that people even forgot to make her a joke.

I'll settle for 10K first week for BWET and a Metacritic score of at least 78. But what would truly make me happy would be 30K and a score of 82+!!
