Why would they do that? Great and big producers like Stuart Price, William Orbit or Rick Rubin don't do that stuff ( some rappers say Rick 's name's on their songs, like Jay on 99 Problems,, but because he's an iconic producer)

Ofc Adele's songs were all over radio but there is a huge segment of the population that never listens to radio at all and is more frequently exposed to new music through TV either via commercials or live performances.
