I was talking to a friend about artists who reference their old songs in songs later in their career and I know Mariah does this but could only think of a few examples.
"Embrace her in your arms, give her 'my all' -- give her more than you gave to me." (Referencing "My All" in "Standing O")
"Once I was a prisoner." (Referencing "Prisoner" in "I Am Free")
"Still can't shake you off..." (Referencing "Shake It Off" in "H.A.T.E.U.")
"For the record can't nobody say I didn't give my all to you. And for the record, I told you underneath the stars that you belonged to me. And for the record, it's obvious that we just can't let go of us, honey." (Referencing "My All," "Underneath the Stars," "Can't Let Go," and "Honey" in "For the Record" )
What did I miss??
OMG, I just realized she ALSO references We Belong Together kind of in the For The Record bridge Queen of referencing her old songs!

The only other reference that comes immediately to my mind is Money ($ * / ...) – "And I dream the impossible dream". I am very certain there are many more.

Mine is Touch My Body. The glockenspiel...
It's a simple one but so perfect.
There are so many cute and beautiful ones.
The one I probably love most is the We Belong Together instrumental with the backing vocals, that one is simply hauting. But unfortunately I can't find it anywhere right now. Other instrumentals that I think are very moving are these.
I've literally posted the same thing twice in 2 different threads . Let me ask here though...
What are you all hoping for Infinity?
Do you want a ballad with soaring vocals?
A summery old school bop ala Fantasy?
A cheeky/fun/shady bop like Obsessed/Touch My Body?
A reflective, empowering Hero type song?
Something new and different?

In the press release it's described as "breathtaking" so by that token I think it's going to be an empowering ballad like Hero...
