i liked what i heard, which was 8 tracks - i only heard them all once to re-listen to them on the 14th. saving the rest for when it's out. i couldn't wait. she streamed it tho so i got to listening to it that same day! i actually waited for Born This Way, i listened to that one 5-23-11 even tho gaga leaked it. i ALWAYS wait, this is the very first time ever when i don't. i should probably add demetria to my signature because of it!

the ballads on DEMI seriously slayed me. i even liked Neon Lights, and i don't typically like those tracks. i don't like demi's sexing tracks at all ("who's that boy" and "you're my only shawty" had me cringing when i first heard them). need to re-listen to Made In The USA, Fire Starter and the Cher Lloyd track to get a better feel for them. didn't care much for FS, but the ballads: Where Is The Love, In Case, Nighingale, Two Pieces (in that order); damn did she slay me with those!

i loooove rock-blueesy demi so i hope she goes back to that sound again in a future release. she CAN do urban and soul too. but she should never again work with the people she worked with on Unbroken (the urban tracks). Timbaland obviously saves his best work for Justin Timberlake but everything else he has released for the last few years has sucked ass. that demi and Missy collab are proof of that. i mean, you make a wack track for Missy (who is hip hop royalty and a longtime pal of Tim's) to feature on, then you definitely shouldn't be doing urban albums! Demi needs Babyface for an urban album - one can dream right? lol! one can dream...and with performances like this, demi will keep me hoping/dreaming!

I think you got timezones mixed up cause in no country anywhere is it "a few minutes" away from friday


I did just get a mail that my physical copy has been delayed... again... I won't be getting that tomorrow

Still loving this album

One critique I do have though is that a lot of the uptempo pop songs have really similar structures so hopefully if she does more poppy songs in the future they'll be more varied, they're still great though
