Everything about the movies (
cast, costumes, effects, scenery, etc.) is quite amazing besides the actual scripts, especially in 4-6.
They simply SUCKED at condensing each book into a single film as the books increased in length. I honestly don't understand how people could be movies-only fans as the movies make increasingly little sense to me (5 and 6, whew

) if I imagine not having read the books. They butchered HBP especially.
My other complaint with the films is that they didn't make Hogwarts seem magical enough, tbh. In the books, there's Peeves, magical joke items, more classes, more interactions with the paintings... basically all the stuff that makes Hogwarts
Hogwarts rather than just a boarding school.
I watch 3 and 7/8 the most.
