Esperaba ver a "Oxygen" más alta.
Bien por "Hideaway", "Running" y "Voices" . no escuché las demás, así que recién lo hice, me gustó mucho "Crow" y "No Rest for the Wicked".

Super happy to see "Mr Noah" as well. Have you heard Panda Bear's album? I know it leaked several weeks ago, but I've been obsessed with it lately. Definitely going to place it on my 2015 list.
I literally listened to it 2 days ago but it's GREAT.

Pharmakon kind of grosses me out, but I love it and I do love the artwork for the other albums also. Nice list.
Have you seen the physical version for Flying Lotus's album by any chance
It's the most beautiful album packaging I have ever seen
Is it? I know you have it on physical post pics pls.

Exacto, better STAN for king Caribou. Our Love >>> Motion.
Evian Christ 'Waterfall' Highlights: "Waterfall", "F**k Idol", "Salt Carousel"
Genre: Trap, Industrial Hip Hop, Wonky
Label: Tri Angle
You'll like it if you like: TNGHT, 'Yeezus', Trap music but also Death Grips
His first mixtape landed him a collaboration with Kanye West on his iconic album 'Yeezus', alongside people like Hudson Mohawke, Arca, Salem or Gesaffelstein. That album was full of Experimental, but raw and aggressive beats - so it shouldn't be a surprise that this EP is full of those in-your-face Trap beats, influenced by Industrial and Grime music, but also catchy enough to make you give everything on the dancefloor. He also produced Tinashe's "Indigo Child", so yeah, he's good.
Burial 'Rival Dealer' Highlights: "Rival Dealer", "Come Down to Us"
Genre: Future Garage, Atmospheric Drum and Bass, Ambient Dub
Label: Hyperdub
You'll like it if you like: err, Burial. He's unique.
Burial has inspired some of the biggest new popstars of the planet: Lorde, Ellie Goulding, Sia, amongst others. So it should be no surprise the fact that his music is great, right? Although the message here is a bit cheesy (I think it was about being strong against bullies? idk mess ), the beats and the samples here are just as beautiful as anything from his early works and his albums. 2015 BETTER BE GETTING A NEW BURIAL ALBUM THO.
Röyksopp & Robyn 'Do It Again' Highlights: EVERY TRACK
Genre: Electropop, Art Pop, Electro House
Label: Interscope
You'll like it if you like: Björk, Zedd, Deep Cuts-era The Knife. All at the same time.
A long, loooong time ago Röyksopp and Robyn have announced that they were going to tour together on the "Do It Again Tour", and along with this announcement, they released 'Do It Again' - a 35 minute EP, where we see both acts exploring the possibilities for their wicked Electronic-Pop music. I like how every song on ‘Do It Again’ is completely different from the other, yet, it does not feel “random” or something like that - even if it’s on a really odd way, everything seems so… “connected”.
What’s the thing I liked the least about this? Well, the fact that this is not an actually full-length album - but we’re probably getting new stuff from Robyn soon, so, at least, we have this amazing, nearly mind-blowing EP for us to wait until we have it.
Hope it wins the Grammy it's nominated for! (That or Aphex Twin)
Is it? I know you have it on physical post pics pls.
I will when I post Flying Lotus's album on my best of. It's so cool. Possibly my favorite album packaging. If you can get a copy, I highly recommend it.
I didn't know Evian Christ worked on Yeezus. I took a listen to one of the tracks when I was here and I'm going to need his EP, and I'm definitely downloading his mixtape if I can find it.
Thanks for reminding me I need Burial's also. I have everything else he's ever done. I think Beyonce kind of overshadowed his EP when it dropped and I forgot to download Burial.
Robyn though. I love it I need to spend more time with it.
#60. clipping. feat. Cocc Pistol Cree - "Work Work" from the album 'CLPPNG' Genre: Experimental Hip Hop
Hyphy, Glitch Hop, Cloud Rap Country: USA - Label: Sub Pop
"Get that work, make that work-work!"
Think about a twerk anthem. But like made in 2057. On a dystopian future. Yes, you can bop to this, but the beat is just... weird, almost awkward, and the lyrics, despite that super-catchy hook, are actually really dark. AND COCC PISTOL CREE'S VERSE GOES SO HARD.
#59. Phantogram - "Black Out Days" from the album 'Voices' Genre: Indietronica, Glitch Pop, Electropop
Synthpop, Alternative R&B, Trip Hop, Dream Pop Country: USA - Label: Republic
"Hide the sun, I will leave your face out of my mind..."
Aside from "Fall In Love", I think this is the other big, obvious single from their second album. Its hook is probably one of the catchiest they ever made, and the glitch-y trip hop beats are hypnotizing. Also the video is weird but kinda cool.
#30. Jessy Lanza - 'Pull My Hair Back' Highlights: "5785021", "Keep Moving", "F**k Diamond", "Kathy Lee" Genre: Alternative R&B, Indietronica
Synthpop, UK Bass, Art Pop, Electropop Country: UK - Label: Hyperdub You'll like it if you like: FKA twigs, Grimes, Jessie Ware, Disclosure
A really underrated album IMO. Fun, complex, sexy, emotional, catchy and everything that's good. Jessy's vocals are just soooooo good, and the beats are great as well. One of the best ways to mix Electronica and R&B you'll ever find.
#58. Lana Del Rey - "Shades of Cool" from the album 'Ultraviolence' Genre: Art Pop, Dream Pop
Trip Hop, Chamber Pop, Noise Pop Country: USA - Label: Interscope
"My baby lives in shades of blue..."
I got bored of this song quite quickly, but I can't deny that this is probably one of the best songs on 'Ultraviolence', the melody, the rhythm, even the lyrics are totally beautiful. And the noisy guitar solo is .
#57. Beyoncé - "XO" from the album 'BEYONCÉ' Genre: Contemporary R&B, Pop
Electropop, Alternative R&B, Synthpop Country: USA - Label: Columbia
"In the darkest night I'll search through the crowd..."
It's a lovely pop song, sure, but the NASA accident sample at the beginning... I don't know how to describe it, but it certainly gives it a reaaaaaaaally darker vibe. A really emotional one, tbh. And that's why I love it.
#29. Lust for Youth - 'International' Highlights: "Epoetin Alfa", "Running", "Armida", "New Boys" Genre: Synthpop, Alternative Dance
EBM, Balearic Beat, Synthwave Country: Sweden/Denmark - Label: Sacred Bones You'll like it if you like: Grimes, Trust, New Order
In just over a year and a half, Swedish-Danish group Lust For Youth, have released no less than three albums, and, in such a short time their sound has evolved significantly. They released their first full-length album in 2011, 'Solar Flare', composed of extremely dark, industrial and heavy tracks. However, on their next releases they have gone more and more accessible - but this is basically Pop music, which is not bad at all, since I think this might actually be their best release yet.
#56. RÜFÜS - "Take Me" from the album 'Atlas' Genre: House, Electropop
Indietronica, Nu-Disco, Balearic Beat Country: Australia - Label: Sweat It Out!
"Take me, away across the ocean..."
A simple, unoffensive, but banging house-pop tune with really sweet melodies, vocals, and lyrics. It was made for the summer. Also the video is weird but cute as well.
#55. iamamiwhoami - "Chasing Kites" from the album 'BLUE' Genre: Electropop, Art Pop, Synthwave
Synthpop, Dream Pop, Indietronica, Chillwave Country: Sweden - Label: To whom it may concern.
"It's a thin, thin line and I walk both sides of it..."
This is closer to, say, CHVRCHES, M83. or early The Knife than it is to their actual sound, but it is still a really good Electropop song with a really catchy chorus, and the lyrics are pretty good as well. Not their best per sé but still slay. Also, if you like 'Faking It' you might as well know this song.
#28. Tinashe - 'Aquarius' Highlights: "Bet (feat. Dev Hynes)", "All Hands on Deck", "Far Side of the Moon", "2 On (feat. SchoolBoy Q)", "Indigo Child (feat. Evian Christ)", "Wildfire" Genre: Alternative R&B, Contemporary R&B
Downtempo, Pop Rap, Art Pop Country: USA - Label: RCA You'll like it if you like: Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Beyoncé
Short: what Rihanna would have released if she had released an album in 2014.
#54. Trust - "Are We Arc?" from the album 'Joyland' Genre: Synthpop, Synthwave
Futurepop, Electropop, Dream Pop Country: Canada - Label: Arts & Crafts
"I’m getting used to the loneliest of sounds..."
The dreamiest song on Trust's sophomore album 'Joyland'. The melodies are calm and sweet, and that ending is just wonderful. Why is it this low? BECAUSE THE VIDEO IS TERRIBLE.
#53. Deafheaven - "From the Kettle Onto the Coil" Genre: Blackgaze
Post-Rock, Atmospheric Black Metal Country: USA - Label: To whom it may concern.
"Stagnant strangers romance on crowded pathways below admiring the stage's glistening coat..."
While I'm not the BIIIIIGGEST fan of Black Metal, I have a soft spot for these guys in my heart. The melodies and the progressions and everything is just so . The vocals are more like a hate-it-or-love-it thing (as is most Black Metal tbh), but I love it.
#27. Kelela - 'CUT 4 ME' Highlights: "Guns and Synths", "Enemy", "Floor Show", "Do It Again", "Keep It Cool", "Something Else" Genre: Alternative R&B, UK Bass
Wonky, Neo-Soul, Grime Country: USA - Label: Night Slugs/Fade to Mind You'll like it if you like: Rihanna, Janet Jackson, FKA twigs, M.I.A.
Smooth, sweet R&B vocals over some hard-hitting UK garage beats, produced by people like Kingdom, Nguzunguzu, Bok Bok, Girl Unit, and many more from the Night Slugs/Fade to Mind crew. It's great, as expected! But we want a proper debut album, I mean...
#52. A. G. Cook feat. Hannah Diamond - "Keri Baby" Genre: Bubblegum Bass, Glitch Pop
Art Pop, Dance-Pop, Wonky, UK Bass Country: UK - Label: PC Music
"I don't know what you believe in, but you won't be with a girl like me..."
This song is essentially Kimbra's "90's Music" without being derivative and like 10 times crazier. Probably among the best tracks from the PC Music label, if not the best one. Also, yes, the title is a reference to the queen of flop.
#51. Clark - "Winter Linn" from the album 'Clark' Genre: Techno
IDM, Tech House, Ambient Techno Country: UK - Label: Warp
This track is really progressive for a Techno track, the melody is completely lovable, the beats are addictive and the video is rad too. For some reason "Unfurla" was going to be here instead of this but changed my mind last minute because... idk.
#26. Todd Terje - 'It's Album Time' Highlights: "Inspector Norse", "Oh Joy", "Strandbar", "Delorean Dynamite", "Svensk Sås" Genre: Nu-Disco, Electro-Disco
Synthwave, Italo-Disco, Space Disco, Library Music Country: Norway - Label: Olsen You'll like it if you like: Lindstrom, John Talabot, Daft Punk, LCD Soundsystem
KING OF MODERN DISCO. And cool mustaches I guess too. Also, this >>>>>> RAM. PROVE ME WRONG. YOU CAN'T.
