Its funny that you speak of downplaying accomplishments because thats exactly what you're doing. Nicki is credited as lead artist on both Anaconda and Bang Bang which means the songs are hers. Beyonce being top 3 with a baby is different from a female rapper who has 2 songs in the Top 1 & 2 spot on iTunes.
It's also downplaying the achievement cause you have to add something to make it seem special.
Either way, both women should be proud of bringing a dying genre back (female hip hop).
