Yeah if she was still alive I'm sure she would have found a phone somewhere. Unless she really is kidnapped or suffering from amnesia and wandered off somewhere.

She either died, or she's alive wandering somewhere. There are really no other scenarios. I doubt that some drug cartel was randomly in the same area when the plane crashed, picked her up and kidnapped her.
