Romney can't implement what he wants even if he were to get elected. He's not a dictator or a king. Second, a federal ban on marriage would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL regardless of who's in power. The Supreme Court is not a court that would so easily repeal Roe vs. Wade either. It would take years and even then I don't see any of that nature happening under a constitution like ours (at least during contemporary times.) And didn't Clinton's administration pass DADT?
