No, she's not. Her fans are. LM is a service meant for her fans, not the whole general public. If she was hyping, it would be with tweets or interviews.
And why should she rethink an idea just because it's not brand new? Plenty of ideas have been done successfully more than once.

Depends on what interscope's plans are. Watch Eminem announce an album and then they move Gaga back a month or two to allow Em to slay. Sounds like something that Interscope would do.

ok so I think i have more of an issue with the title being all caps than the actual name, i just got thinking about it after Gaga's tweet

make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning twitter!

idk why I know I'm being anal but i think ARTPOP just looks tacky. Artpop or ArtPop is much better imo

"Element of Crime" is beyond naff. It sounds like a straight-to-video thriller from the early 90s. Thank God she has better taste than that.
