When I was in 8th grade, during the winter, I walked home from school later than I usually did. 5 tall ass Black teenage males all in Black northface jackets come down the street. I don't cross because I used to stare at the ground when I walked. One says "Let me hold a dollar." I say I don't have a dollar. I try to move, but they block me. One duck-looking, Nafro igga, with a durag on and a cigarette in his hand pulled out a gun and said "Run a pocket n*gga." I did. They saw that I had nothing and they let me go. It was a terrible experience. It made me afraid to walk down the street with other people on it. I cried all the way home. I called the police and we tried to find them, but we couldn't. I see one of the guys who did it in the hallway at school every day now. He doesn't recognize me, but I recognize him. I recognize him very well.
