Well this is interesting seeing as i have never seen beyonce sing a reggae song before but i'll still stand by what i said considering the fact that her voice still doesnt give me any carribean vibes/tones whether she sings them or not.

I dont think a carribean accent is needed to sing a carribean influenced pop song.
As long as she can sing & hit the right notes, everything will be fine
1. Rock isn't her "default" genre, but okay. She only has rock influences in a few of her songs.
2. Beyonce's default genre is R&B and hip-hop. Always has been. Just because she adds dance beats doesn't change that. C wat I did thurr?
3. Beyonce can't manipulate her voice worth ****. I'm sorry, but that's just not true. She sings the same way no matter what genre she's singing in.
When Gaga sings different genres she employs a completely different technique. Beyonce doesn't.
Gaga blows Beyonce out of the water when she sings jazz. No ****ing questions.

Rihanna -----> Britney -----> Gaga -------------------> Beyonce (Sorry she sounds the SAME in every record since DIL)
I find Gaga and Britney's voice to be most versatile out of these.
Rihanna is versatile, but it's not quite as effective as the aforementioned.
I think Ke$ha has versatile vocals (though weaker than Gaga and Britney's for sure).
I think Beyonce has a strong voice, and I think that's why she doesn't really appear all that versatile (she's certainly versatile, maybe at Ke$ha's level but with far superior vocals).
im sorry but Beyonce could never pull of a carribean-influenced pop song , and if she did there is no way she could do it nearly as good as Rihanna, it just doesnt suit her of her voice ONE BIT.

I didn't buy 4 because I fell asleep from Bey's boring repetitive vocals. So yeah i'm happy with Britney's versatile vocals while you listen to a howling dog.
