14. Avril Lavigne- 'Goodbye Lullaby' An amazing album, not her best, but a great comeback. There's only one filler though, 'Everybody Hurts'. Well.. it's not THAT bad, but it's still weak. The singles for this album have been perfect, but just like all the others.. this was beat out by some other releases this year. Top 5: 5. Push 4. Not Enough 3. Smile 2. What The Hell 1. Wish You Were Here

13. Hot Chelle Rae- 'Whatever' With only 11 tracks, the album is short, sweet, and full of incredibly catchy, fun songs. But sadly, the album is very underrated, though the first single was very successful, and the second did good considering the promotion (or lack of) it got. Top 5: 5. Tonight, Tonight 4. I Like It Like That 3. Whatever 2. Why Don't You Love Me (ft. Demi Lovato) 1. Downtown Girl

12. Chris Brown- 'F.A.M.E.' His best album, pretty underrated.. but while he released early, others who released later in the year kept my attention and weren't shoved away and kinda forgotten, like this one. Top 5: 5. Yeah 3x / Beautiful People 4. Next 2 You (ft. Justin Bieber) 3. No ******** 2. Look At Me Now (ft. Busta Rhymes & Lil Wayne) 1. Paper, Scissors, Rock (ft. Big Sean & Timbaland)

11. Cher Lloyd- 'Sticks + Stones' This hasn't even been released in the US yet, nor her singles.. that's how amazing this album is, and worthy of being on my list. Very short with 10 tracks, but worth it from the first to the last. Sadly, it just missed the top 10 from a tiny bit. Top 5: 5. Grow Up (ft. Busta Rhymes) 4. Swagger Jagger 3. End Up Here 2.
