No idea but T33NSource on twitter said we can be able to request the song after it premieres on KIIS fm with Ryan Seacrest and it did already premiere and many people started requesting.

I think that radios will hopefully start to really take an interest to the song after the video premiere. It is already being highly talked about and I think that it will do promotional wonders for the song! Is it on Wednesday or Thursday? I thought that it was going to be on Thursday but then I read on here somewhere that it was now Wed?

It'll premiere tomorrow on E! news @ 7pm ET/PT then it'll be available on iTunes & VEVO Thursday.
btw check what 'American Top 40' staff emailed back me yesterday. "Thank you for your email. We'll be playing this as an extra when we have her as a guest on our show later this summer, probably July 23-24."
