Now you're gonna act like rap albums and a pop album are comparable in any way ? Both of them outsold ARTPOP by a large margin in the US and should not be held to the same standards as a pop album outside of it, next

Teenage Dream is a classic because it represents ephemeral bubblegum dance-pop of the early 2010s. No other album is better suited: TD has the most hits, the AOTY nomination, the iconic imagery.

I don't care about Asia, Kendrick doesn't live there and neither do I. He's an hip hop artist, the question is whether he's relevant and impactful in the US and the answer is yes.
