I don't think anyone is upset by him taking his time. I want a perfect piece of work just like the next Frank stan. It's the fact that he'll go months without notice, leaving us in the dark about what he's up to and when he does let us know, he post cryptic messages about possible album/single release dates and then not come through with anything. .Personally, I'd be less tense if he hadn't said anything last year about a release as I wouldn't have had to get my hopes up. Now he's hinted at a possible release this month but hasn't given us any extra information about it. No single. No release date. Now there's less than 6 days in the month and he's still been ghost. We have every right to be annoyed by this foolishness.
