Reminds me of Ceremonials a bit! She seems to have lost her way with melody. But regardless, these are solid tracks. I hope this doesn't get old too quickly.

Am i the only one who noticed that her voice is different in every album? Like in YN it was more tiny and cute, while in WR it managed to be aggressive yet poignant. And in INL she sounds more nasal and melodic imo maybe it's just me...

Btw Wounded Rhymes is such a masterpiece it's one of those records that will be remembered as classics

I had a revelation today and I hope nobody else has posted this because I was so proud to work it out The album is a trinity that opens with Melodies and Desires and closes with Sleeping Alone. So the trinity opens with "I'll be the rhythm and you'll be the beat/ And love, the shoreline, where you and I meet" and closes with "Love was my shoreline / I stare myself blind". It's definitely not a coincidence, I thought using that image again was a really poignant way to close this chapter

I love this album so much but it hasn't gotten to Wounded Rhymes yet for me.
