Bills is currently peaking on pop right now. It most likely won't become a hit going by that alone.
The only reason why I have thought that it would become a single was bc (1) it's produced by Dr. Luke and all of the Dr. Luke tracks (so far) have been made singles and (2) it features one of his artists which is a great look for Lunchmoney. I'm sure had Bills been bigger, it might've convinced Nicki to go ahead and add it to the list of future singles, but I mean at this point we don't know what she has in mind. All we can do is guess and make suggestions.
A cool side note, branching off of what I mentioned earlier: Now that TNISY has gotten an official adds date, the only Dr. Luke material on TP that hasn't been released is TDG and GOYK. TDG has the above going for it and GOYK is a song by two Republic Records artists and Ariana has had a string of top ten pop radio hits this era (5? I think). Neither should be wasted for those reasons imo. I've only seen one person resist the idea of GOYK becoming a single, but their reasoning ("Ariana's image") was stupid af.
