For example,

If it is a ballad/ it is mature and suitable for adults ...........it belongs to Hot AC
if the song is urban sounding but it is still genre pop/ pop song that features rap singer/ it's rap song but not so serious rap (like Flo Rida/Pitbull/Lighters/Otis etc / it is R&B song .........it belongs to Rhytmic
if it is rap song that is serious / solid R&B song (not so mainstream)....it belongs to urban
AC play HotAC songs that are 5 months old
Urban AC play mature R&B songs (How to Love, Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Rowland etc.)

Otis is a solid rap song, not even mainstream, it doesnt even have a catchy hook. It's pure urban sound. I can't accept you put Pitbul, Flo Rida and Otis in the same sentence lol. NO WAY.

Hot AC = "Pop" minus the hip-hop, and more pop-rock or soft rock
Urban = mainstream R&B/hip-hop
