We agree here, but based on HDD I'm not sure
ANTI actually EVEN placed in the Top 10 in actual sales with just 17k. I like Rihanna, but I don't think the SPS/TEA part of the formula should exceed actual sales numbers. For example, since she sold 17k in raw sales, she should only get credit for up to 17k in SPS & TEA. That would give a total of 34k. I like SEA+TEA, but I just don't think those totals should count for more than 50% of an album's consumption units. Nonetheless, Rihanna rules with the current system in place, and I sincerely congratulate her and the Navy for reaching #1 on the BB 200.
