Wait I'm confused, why do all Madonna fans have Bowie avatars now? 
Could have, should have, would have. The fact is the Grammys (the professionals who organize the show) decided it would be most fitting to hire Gaga to do the job based on her excellence as a musician, performer, vocalist. All of her tribute performances have been praised to high heavens by professionals and amateurs alike. The only reason why you might have a problem with this is the fact that you don't like Gaga (because she poses a threat to your fave) and you think your fave, Madonna would be a better choice. Which is false.
I'm so glad they decided to go with the best viable option in the industry.

Ehh, I'm just glad I don't watch (nor care for) award shows from other countries (where my ratings don't count) and complain about a talented pop star's tribute act for an artist that clearly inspired her. Especially when this performance is an act of respect, Gaga has nothing to promote.
(Also, you Madonna fans with sudden Bowie avatars aren't slick)
Anyways, looking forward to it!

i've seen both of them with david bowie @ their sigs and name dropping him several times across atrl. just because david isnt so popular here and we're not very vocal about him doesn't mean we just started stanning him after his death. check your facts before trying to "expose" anyone.

If you sometimes came in those few threads about Bowie here, you would have maybe noticed that he has fans also here. This is just not the best site to talk about him, because except his few fans, most members just ignored threads about him (if their fave wasnt involved ofc)
And I was among the first to say that Madonna shouldnt do it.
