Gaga co-writes too, almost none of the songs on BTW are solely written by Gaga, only Yoü & I. And just because Katy doesn't try to do everything on the entire doesn't make her less of an artist. Or direct, but the artist will always have some say. And as many people have stated, even stans, trying to run the whole show hasn't exactly paid off for Gaga.

Every producer that worked with Gaga has said that she always came up with ideas and expressed it in sounds and words to lay everything down. Besides, she's always credited as co-producer which the other gurls are not.

Yes she does. She just gives producers the credits. Songs she has solely written: Again Again, Future Love, Electric Kiss, Disco Heaven, etc. She already had all those songs without them being made on an album already and lyrics are the same -> proof she wrote it themselves.
at the people who think these are the same song. I mean, the chord progression, yes- they sound similar. But to say they are the exact same song?
