ρз∂гσ's Best Of 2009 || Top 50 Best Videos Of '09 (40-21)
Welcome to My Best Of 2009!
One more Best Of is gonna start now! Now we are getting into the most important countdowns! Now I'm gonna start the "Top 40 Best Artists Of 2009", in this best of I decided to judge by two different points of view, first and most important, my personal opinion on the artist, and second not that important but counts, how the year was for the artist and if an artist did a good job overall or not.

ALBUM: Exposed
BIGGEST HIT: Goodbye
FAVORITE TRACK: Goodbye
OPINION: Kristina DeBarge is such an one hit wonder  , "Goodbye" did an amazing job overall, but her album and her second single flopped hard, I don't really like her album or her second single, but the girl really made my head sing for some time "Lalalalalala Goodbye" even my mom was singing it sometimes LOL, that's rare by the way! Besides all that, Kristinia opened some shows of The Circus Tour Starring Britney Spears, it gives her some extra points!
 
ALBUM: Here We Go Again
BIGGEST HIT: Remember December
FAVORITE TRACK: Gift Of a Friend
OPINION: I am not a big fan of Demi Lovato, but Disney really helped her, and I find her really cute actually! "Here We Go Again" did a good job overall, and the singles were sucessful, I love "Gift Of a Friend" it is always playing on Disney Channel, my sister is always watching it so I hear it many times  . Demi did a good job this year, I just wish other song like "Until You're Mine" comes out!
 
ALBUM: Man on the Moon: The End of Day
BIGGEST HIT: Day 'N Nite
FAVORITE TRACK: Day 'N Nite
OPINION: One of the most underrated new artists of last year! Kid Cudi's "Day 'N Nite" did a good job but not amazing as expected, the second version of the video is ****ing great, it even made my Top 50 Videos Of 2009. Hopefully he doesn't become a one hit wonder artist, although I think he is gonna become one.
 
ALBUM: R.O.O.T.S.
BIGGEST HIT: Right Round
FAVORITE TRACK: Sugar
OPINION: I thought Flo Rida would be a one hit wonder too, but he actually became bigger than that! Next to his big success with "Low" he comes back with "Right Round" that rocked the dancefloor in 2009, and he added a little "Sugar" to it latter on the year.
 
ALBUM: Love?
BIGGEST HIT: Louboutins
FAVORITE TRACK: Louboutins
OPINION: Last year, Jennifer Lopez finally launched her first single for her new album, "Love?" and well, it's not doing really well, it's flopping but I'm sure with a new single she can do it better. Besides all that, some new songs like "What Is Love" or "Hooked On You" leaked, those songs were great too!
 
ALBUM: 808s & Heartbreak
BIGGEST HIT: Love Lockdown
FAVORITE TRACK: Heartless
OPINION: I must say I've been hating on Kanye West, since the VMA thing, he was DAMN RUDE with Taylor (which is MUCH HIGER than him on this best of), but I forgot that and I payed attention to his music, and he is really inovative on Hip Hop, he is not only Hip Hop he actually is more than that, something mixed with R&B and some electronic. This year wasn't that good for him, since he did that to Taylor, but his music kept great!
 
ALBUM: Ocean Eyes
BIGGEST HIT: Fireflies
FAVORITE TRACK: Fireflies
OPINION: Damn! I got sick of Owl City  , I totally overplayed "Fireflies" and that's what I got. Anyway, I forgot I was sick of the song and I tried to remember how it was when I loved the song, and it would be impossible for him to not make my top! I still remember when I found this song, I saw it was kinda sucessful in ATRL, and I was like "I bet it sucks" but then I saw it on VH1 and I totally fell in love with it! Great job, hopefully they don't become an one hit wonder neither!
 
ALBUM: The Resistance
BIGGEST HIT: Uprising (so far)
FAVORITE TRACK: Uprising
OPINION: Muse are back, and with a new sound. When I heard "Uprising" I was like "Is This Keeps Gettin' better?" but not, only the beat, the song is so great and misterious. And Muse are an amazing band with MANY fans that always show support to them. I've enjoyed every single they put out!
 
ALBUM: Evacuate The Dancefloor
BIGGEST HIT: Evacuate The Dancefloor
FAVORITE TRACK: Dangerous
OPINION: First of all I must say, it's funny how Cascada's songs sound all the same, but they are so addictive and dancy! I also find weird how their songs are so disco, but she never moves on the videos or on stage LOL. This year when I heard "Evacuate The Dancefloor" it reminded me so much of "Just Dance" but BETTER obviously and I'm glad they were sucessful with the new album!
 
ALBUM: Mi Plan
BIGGEST HIT: Manos Al Aire
FAVORITE TRACK: Suficiente Tiempo
OPINION: I hope for REAL, that she never records a spanish album again. The album kinda sucks, but the singles and "Suficiente Tiempo" weren't that bad. "Manos Al Aire" did an excellent job for a spanish song, but the album kinda flopped and "Más" totally flopped although it's a cool song. Can't hardly wait for Nelly to go back to english.
 
ALBUM: 21st Century Breakdown
BIGGEST HIT: Know Your Enemy
FAVORITE TRACK: 21 Guns
OPINION: Green Day are one of the best rock bands ever. I love all of their singles although they are kinda the same all the time. This year they totally blew me away with "21 Guns", that song is so beautiful and emotive! They did an amazing job with their new album and with their new tour and "Know Your Enemy" was TOTALLY overplayed LOL.
 
ALBUM: The Blueprint 3
BIGGEST HIT: Empire State Of Mind
FAVORITE TRACK: Run This Town
OPINION: This man is a total beast on the states, there everyone loves him, and he sells perfectly! I personally think "Run This Town" was saved by Rihanna  and "Empire State Of Mind" was not saved by Alicia Keys but she DID help. I like Jay-Z but not that much, and I don't know what Beyoncé sees on him but well that's love!
 
ALBUM: Animal
BIGGEST HIT: TiK ToK
FAVORITE TRACK: TiK ToK
OPINION: And here we find Ke$ha, this girl totally owned the last part of 2009 with her debut single "TiK ToK", she already had worked with Flo Rida and Miss Britney Spears and it totally gave her more points, I hated what she said about Britney, claiming she is boring when she is NOT at all. "TiK ToK" is a damn catchy song and I think Ke$ha won't be much sucessfull with her new singles, but that's my personal opinion, who knows!
 
ALBUM: Want
BIGGEST HIT: Don't Trust Me
FAVORITE TRACK: Starstrukk (feat. Katy Perry)
OPINION: 3OH3! are my favorite new act of last year, I ****ing love their songs, they are inovative and a mix of some rock, electronic, hip hop and with Katy on it some Pop. Their songs are damn catchy and they are dumb as hell .
 
ALBUM: Relapse
BIGGEST HIT: We Made You
FAVORITE TRACK: We Made You
OPINION: Although "We Made You" is my fave "3 A.M." is also amazing. Eminem finally came back and his album did an excellent job on the charts being one of the most sold albums of 2009. "We Made You" had an amazing video and it definitly made people remember how Eminem is, a funny and dirty bitch always making fun of other artists.
 
ALBUM: Play On
BIGGEST HIT: Cowboy Casanova
FAVORITE TRACK: Cowboy Casanova
OPINION: Carrie Underwood gave a totally new definition to country "Cowboy Casanova" is amazing and I love how she dances even a little bit in the video and in live performances! She is getting better and better all the time, Imma become a stan if she keeps like that eheheh. I haven't heard the full album, but I love what I heard from it!
 
ALBUM: Number Ones
BIGGEST HIT: Make Me
FAVORITE TRACK: Make Me
OPINION: I could only choose "Make Me" anyway . Janet Jackson is such a legend and this year besides personal problems she gave us an amazing compilation of her old hits, it makes you remind all of her singles and stuff, really really great. I also find Janet Jackson so beautiful and diva! She is such an inspiration to me, because besides all, she is such an amazing performer, she kicks everyone's ass with her amazing dance movements!
 
ALBUM: This Is Us
BIGGEST HIT: Straight Through My Heart
FAVORITE TRACK: Masquerade
OPINION: Once again Backstreet Boys came out with a new album, and finally got some more sucess than their last works, this time they decided to go into a more Pop Dance style and reminded me of their first works. This year I also got the chance to see BSB live and they still got the energy and the moves!
 
ALBUM: Heavy Rotation
BIGGEST HIT: I Can Feel You
FAVORITE TRACK: You'll Be Fine
OPINION: This year I got also the chance to see Anastacia live, she is really pretty and her voice is amazing! She flopped damn hard with her last album and she lost a big part of her fan club, since she was damn sucessful with her 2004 album, "Anastacia". Still she came out with a weakest album but with some amazing songs!
 
ALBUM: The Fame Monster
BIGGEST HIT: Bad Romance
FAVORITE TRACK: Dance In The Dark
OPINION: No Billie, I don't love her, but I gotta show some respect for her huge sucess in 2009. Lady GaGa decided to put out a new album "The Fame Monster", something like a continuation of "The Fame" but maybe better, since it has only 8 songs, the album is okay, nothing amazing, songs really catchy, but with the same beat as usual. "Bad Romance" is rulling the world, but it only makes me think, people right now love same things all the time, since "Bad Romance" is a better copy of "Poker Face".

I guess you shouldnt overplay some songs so that oull not get tired of them
