Obviously the last 1 minute of the clip is looped. You are psychotic to think it's a portion of the song.
But I'm indifferent. If the city call out is the hook this won't catch on. The verses better deliver some standout lines.

I'm sure this is exactly what it'll sound like lol remember when Anaconda leaked and we didn't want to believe it? Well I'm sure this is the same case so don't get your expectations up to high. I do like it though.
