Back in the day they would have but nowadays they wait until it crosses the mark most of the time. There are some instances where they certify it.
It looks as though between streams and sales
work should be platinum during her new era
fancy should be 6x platinum
Black widow should be 3x platinum at some point
beg for it gold...hopefully it eventually goes platinum
and then her features.
Hopefully she can get to 20M records by the end of her 2nd era.

They must be around 200k it was selling and was top 200-400 while Fancy/Bw were smashing. Work was still top 1000 like 3 days ago.
