He left in the midst of overdose comeback, which kinda throws everything off and he was the exo m leader at that time. There's also the part where suho was alone to accept award on music show the day he left which makes the spite intensify. Plus he also almost left in early 2013 iirc.
Luhan waited until exo finished their concert tour and he left due to health reasons, I think he was sick at that time. Plus he maintained good relationship with some exo member too.
Edit : Kris's departure was also literally a week before exo's first solo concert starts. So they need to rerehearse.
