I have to say Hotel was definitely extremely consistent with its episodes. None were a chore to watch through like last seasons, and even its "worst" episode TCK still was really thought out and explained a lot.
Even if we didn't like the way things turned out, there definitely was a lot put into keeping it consistent in quality.

No way to know. The past 3 seasons have all been revealed by March at the latest, sans Asylum which wasn't revealed until August. Coming into May now, it could honestly come at any moment between now and August.
