She added a bridge (listen again to demo- there is no bridge in Fauntleroy version), that exactly prove what I'm talking about:
"Yes we can dance, but you gotta watch your hands, watch me all night I move under the light because I understand that we all need love, and I'm not afraid to feel the love but I don't feel that way."
Oh. (I skimmed through it the first time)
Well damn. I always thought her writing credits were just one or two words (or non words )
Now that I know, I need rih to write an entire song for R8.
Call we all take a minute to appreciate this wonderful bop. I swear this song and the video is so underrated. The whole flow and vibe of the song is so electric. The song always gets me in the mood to just let go and live your life. The song is just so easy to relate to.
The video is one of her best, I know its a tour video but everything in it was well executed from how amazing the Loud Tour to seeing Rihanna in Barbados, seeing her wonderful personality with her family and friends and the awesome RIHANNANAVY shoutout. I think it is my favourite video from her.
I wouldn't go as far to say her it's one of her best but the video really is underrated, most tour videos are super lazy (coulda been a mess like Gwen's Crash) but it's well edited and entertaining.
Navy I'm about to embark on a mission of buying all of Rih's albums I own GGGB, LOUD, Una, and TTT
My question is should I buy the mix tapes? do any of you own Music of the Sun or A Girl Like Me, are they worth it?
Yes! You don't have Rated R? The mixtapes obviously aren't as amazing as her other albums, but they have some bops on each you should definitely enjoy and they're worth it to complete your collection anyway.
